Job Summary
Midwest Fastener is looking for a Director of Human Resources to provide overall strategic HR management and support for departments and employees in all Company locations. The individual will be responsible for employee development, career planning, organizational planning and execution in alignment with the company’s strategic growth and profitability plans. The Director of Human Resources will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, fostering a productive and inclusive workplace.

- Compensation and Benefits (in conjunction with Payroll & Benefits Manager and Controller)
- Performance Management and Organizational Development
- HR Technology & Analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. Master’s Degree a plus.
- Professional certification through the Society of Human Resource Management or HRCI a plus.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices and organizational development principles.
- Proven experience developing and executing HR best practices and organizational development principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive change and handle complex employee relations issues.
- Experience with HR technology and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
