Attention Human Resources professionals looking for a hybrid opportunity. DeFeliceGroup, Inc., based in Wheeling, WV, is a multi-location franchisee of Visiting Angels, America’s Choice in Home Care. We are seeking an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial individual for Director of Human Resources Administration reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer. A bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in human resources administration experience is required to assist our 640+ associates. The position is two days in the Wheeling, WV, office, and three days at one of our five offices in Pittsburgh, PA. Five days at the Wheeling, WV, office is fine if preferred.

We have a comprehensive six-week training program to prepare you for all aspects of the responsibilities and our culture.

Package includes a salary of $85,000, bi-weekly performance bonuses, health insurance, generous PTO, a 401K with a 4% company match.
