We are seeking an exceptional Director of Inclusion to lead a whole-school vision for inclusive excellence, ensuring high-quality provision for multilingual learners and students with diverse needs, and fostering a culture of equity and belonging.

Working closely with senior leaders and staff, the role focuses on driving personalised learning, overseeing IEP and ELL provision, and building a strong, high performing Inclusion team.

The Director will also champion student wellbeing, strengthen partnerships with parents, and use data to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and measurable impact across the school.

The position starts in August 2026 with flexibility to January 2027 for the right candidate.

Skills

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a recognised Inclusion qualification and a Master's degree in Inclusive Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
  • Have a minimum of four years' leadership experience in Inclusion within an international or through school setting
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of improving outcomes for diverse learners
  • Possess excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Show a deep commitment to equity, access, and inclusive excellence
  • Be reflective, strategic, and solution-focused in their approach
  • Thrive in a dynamic, forward thinking school environment
  • Contribute actively to the wider school community and extracurricular programmes
