Director of Industrial Logistics Strategy

Job Summary:
Klift Industrial Solutions WLL is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Industrial Logistics Strategy to lead the development and execution of logistics and supply chain strategies in Doha. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to design optimized logistics networks, drive operational efficiency, and support large-scale industrial operations. What you'll do:

• Develop and implement industrial logistics and supply chain strategies
• Design and optimize logistics networks, transportation, and distribution systems
• Drive cost efficiency, operational performance, and service level improvements
• Oversee logistics planning, inventory management, and distribution operations
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and engineering teams
• Analyze data, KPIs, and performance metrics to guide decision-making
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
• Implement digital transformation, automation, and logistics technologies
• Manage vendor relationships, logistics partners, and service providers
• Build and lead high-performing logistics and strategy teams

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics strategy, supply chain management, or industrial operations
• Strong understanding of logistics network design, transportation, and distribution
• Ability to manage complex operations and multiple stakeholders
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with supply chain systems, ERP platforms, and data tools
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
