Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Director of Information Technology. The Director will oversee IT operations, develop and implement IT strategies, and ensure the security and efficiency of the company’s systems. Key responsibilities include managing the IT team, ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing network security protocols, and aligning the IT strategy with organizational goals to support innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT Management and IT Operations to oversee day-to-day technology infrastructure and teams
• Expertise in Information Technology and IT Strategy to develop and implement forward-looking, business-aligned technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of Network Security and other IT security protocols to safeguard enterprise data and systems
• Proven leadership, decision-making skills, and experience in team management
• Ability to analyze systems and workflows and recommend improvements
• Experience in the tech/startup industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are preferred
