Job Overview

CEC-AWB Qatar is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Infrastructure to lead infrastructure planning, development, and operations. This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects, engineering management, and operational excellence.

The Director of Infrastructure will be responsible for overseeing infrastructure systems, ensuring efficiency, and supporting long-term development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure strategy, planning, and project execution.
• Oversee construction, maintenance, and operational infrastructure systems.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety, and regulations.
• Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on infrastructure development initiatives.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Lead engineering and technical teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support long-term infrastructure planning and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in infrastructure leadership or project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of engineering systems, construction, and operations.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
