We are currently seeking a highly connected and experienced Director of Investments (Capital Raising & Strategic Partnerships) to help lead the company’s fundraising and strategic partnership efforts.

This is a high-impact executive opportunity for someone who already has access to investors and can begin fundraising conversations immediately.

Position Overview

The Director of Investments (Capital Raising & Strategic Partnerships) will lead investor outreach, capital strategy, and strategic funding initiatives for Music Evolved Records.

This role is ideal for a capital strategist, investor relations professional, venture fundraising expert, or finance executive with existing relationships across:

• Family offices
• Angel investors
• Strategic investors
• Entertainment investors
• High-net-worth investors
• Alternative investment groups

MER is currently pursuing strategic funding partnerships through revenue share investment structures designed to support long-term company growth while creating strong investor upside.

Initial capital raise target: $1M–$3M strategic funding round

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified investors
• Leverage existing investor relationships and capital networks
• Present MER investment opportunities and growth initiatives
• Lead investor discussions and negotiations
• Help structure revenue share investment partnerships
• Build strategic long-term investor relationships
• Collaborate with executive leadership on fundraising strategy
• Support investor communications and partnership development
• Assist in scaling MER’s entertainment, media, and technology ecosystem

Investor Network Requirement

This role is specifically designed for candidates who already have active investor relationships.

Applicants must:

• Have access to investor networks or capital sources
• Be capable of introducing potential investors within the first 30–60 days
• Have prior experience raising capital or structuring investment deals
• Be comfortable working in startup and growth-stage environments
• Be ready to begin investor outreach immediately

Candidates without investor relationships will not be considered.

Investment Structure

MER is currently exploring strategic funding partnerships primarily through:

• Revenue share investment structures

This role requires someone comfortable discussing non-traditional funding structures within entertainment and technology sectors.

Compensation StructureCommission

• 8% commission on all capital raised from sourced investors
• Commission is paid on successfully secured and received funds

Draw Structure (Against Future Commissions)Draw Activation

Once $50,000 in capital is raised:

• Monthly draw becomes $2,000

Draw Escalation

At $250,000 raised:

• Monthly draw increases to $3,500

At $500,000 raised:

• Monthly draw increases to $5,000

Capital Milestone Bonuses

• $250,000 raised → $7,500 bonus
• $500,000 raised → $15,000 bonus
• $1,000,000 raised → $30,000 bonus
• $2,500,000 raised → $60,000 bonus
• $5,000,000 raised → $75,000 bonus

Fast Close Bonuses

• $100,000 raised within first 30 days → $5,000 bonus
• $250,000 raised within first 60 days → $10,000 bonus
• $500,000 raised within first 90 days → $20,000 bonus

• 8% commission = $80,000
• Bonus = $30,000
• Total Potential Earnings = $110,000+

$3,000,000 raised:

• 8% commission = $240,000
• Bonus = $60,000
• Total Potential Earnings = $300,000+

$5,000,000 raised:

• 8% commission = $400,000
• Bonus = $75,000
• Total Potential Earnings = $475,000+
