Director Of Irrigation Operations

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Irrigation Director to oversee our organization's Irrigation estimating and installation, and ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and have 7+ years installing and estimating Irrigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop Irrigation proposals including price of materials and labor costs
• Oversee the installation of Irrigation systems with our crews
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in processes and resource management
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement

Requirements

• Over 7 years of Irrigation estimation and installation
• Proven experience in management roles, preferably within operations or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
