Director of Litigation & Compliance

Memphis Area Legal Services, Inc. (MALS) seeks an experienced attorney to serve as its Director of Litigation & Compliance to provide strategic leadership over agency-wide litigation practice and to ensure compliance with applicable grant, regulatory, and professional responsibility requirements. This position plays a critical role upholding our mission to provide excellence in legal advocacy for those in need while safeguarding MALS’s compliance obligations as a federally and state-funded nonprofit legal services organization.
