Provides administrative support to maintain efficient office operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School diploma required; post-secondary school/college preferred
Experience:
Required
Experience: Clerical experience required; HR job related training and/or experience preferred; public school and benefits experience preferred; Munis and TalentEd experience preferred
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
- Consistently works as a team player and provides excellent customer service to all clients.
- Establishes and maintains the employee database, ensuring all payroll-related information is accurate and up to date for each employee.
- Processes employee transactions (eg., new hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments, name changes) promptly to meet established payroll deadlines.
- Provides support for incoming and outgoing employee experience verification forms.
- Provides support for salary-related processes, including annual salary and step increases, updates to salary schedule and work calendars, and the preparation and distribution of salary statements.
- Assists with CPI reporting.
- Performs other duties as assigned by appropriate administrator.
