  • Contribute to community marketing efforts and ensure listings are current and accurate.

Administrative & Coordination

  • Maintain maintenance and leasing records accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for maintenance operations.

  • Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications in maintenance fields (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) preferred.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or facilities environments.

  • Strong knowledge of building systems and property maintenance best practices.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills.

  • Experience using property management or maintenance software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage).

  • HVAC certification, EPA Universal, or related technical credentials a plus.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred — Spanish fluency enables leasing responsibilities and bonus opportunities.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Key Competencies

  • Hands-on technical expertise

  • Customer service orientation

  • Problem-solving and initiative
