Role Purpose
The Director is responsible for the overall strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of the manpower agency.
This role leads the organization in delivering recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, and workforce solutions to clients across multiple industries, including hospitality, healthcare, construction, retail, professional services, and executive search.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and growth strategy

Establish short-, medium-, and long-term business plans for market expansion and revenue growth

Lead partnerships, acquisitions, and major client contracts
2. Commercial & Revenue Growth
