Director Of Marketing

Ark Smoke Shop & Lounge Team seeking to hire Marketing Director!

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Marketing Director to improve our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances our brand awareness, drives traffic to both our physical and online stores, and boosts sales. You will lead initiatives in local and global SEO, e-commerce, branding, social media, community management, geofencing, content development, and event marketing.

Above market Fixed Salary and Performance Based BONUS!

FULL-TIME 40 HOURS / WEEK.

Career development. Build best practices for individual locations and apply them to grow Chain of Smoke Shops.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement effective local and global SEO strategies to drive local traffic to the store and grow online presence.

- Lead e-commerce efforts to expand our digital footprint and increase online sales.

- Craft and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistency and recognition across all platforms.

- Enhance brand awareness through innovative campaigns and strategic storytelling.

- Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring increased traffic to our e-commerce site and physical locations.

- Leverage WhatsApp and Telegram to manage and expand groups, communities, and channels.

- Design and execute geofencing and geotargeting campaigns to engage local customers.

- Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audience and amplifies our brand voice.

- Plan and promote events and promotions that drive engagement and sales, both in-store and online.

- Hire, manage and coordinate Flyer runners

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of successful brand growth.

- Proficiency in SEO, e-commerce, social media, and content marketing.

- Strong understanding of geofencing and geotargeting strategies.

- Experience in managing communities on WhatsApp and Telegram.

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Creative mindset with the ability to conceive innovative marketing strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
