Position Overview
The Director of Marketing is a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the vision to drive growth for Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that expand our brand, strengthen agent support, and enhance our customer experience. With deep knowledge of real estate marketing, customer service, and digital advertising, the Director leads a talented team in building campaigns that deliver results and elevate our presence in every market we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth, visibility, and brand equity.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals to perform at their highest level.
- Foster collaboration with company leadership to align marketing with recruitment, retention, and expansion goals.
- Navigate and manage a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple ongoing projects.
Brand Growth & Digital Presence
- Strengthen and expand the Coldwell Banker brand across all platforms and communities.
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns, including paid social, Google Ads, and retargeting strategies, to increase visibility and lead generation.
- Leverage SEO, content marketing, and analytics to maximize reach and ROI.
Customer & Agent Engagement
- Ensure marketing initiatives deliver a high level of customer service to both clients and agents.
- Partner with agents to provide tools, resources, and campaigns that elevate their listings and personal branding.
- Direct the creation of high-quality marketing materials (digital, print, video, social, photography, events, etc.).
- Represent the company at community events, conventions, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence.
Operations & Team Development
- Build and develop a strong marketing team with clear roles, accountability, and growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and department operations for maximum efficiency.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Proven success managing digital ad campaigns and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a creative, high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with CRM platforms, marketing software, and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver results in a fast-moving, competitive market.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
