This is a Brand & Marketing Leadership role — not a sales or commissioned position. You will be responsible for national brand awareness, national marketing campaigns, and supporting franchise offices nationwide. Franchise or multi-location marketing experience is strongly preferred.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead both strategy and hands-on execution at our Summerlin Las Vegas Headquarters. You’ll manage vendors and internal resources while supporting our national presence and franchise offices.

Based in our beautiful flagship HQ, you’ll have the unique opportunity to test and refine marketing solutions locally, then scale them across our nationwide franchise network. You’ll work closely with the executive team, our national Brand Fund Committee, and franchise owners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, digital growth, and marketing resources and agencies that allow franchisees to thrive in their local markets.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

  • Strategy & Planning: Shape the annual and quarterly marketing plan, align with growth goals, and deliver clear KPIs and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Training, Tech/CRM, Operations, and Franchise Support, leveraging staff expertise across departments to deliver effective marketing initiatives.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and manage paid and organic national campaigns to generate leads for buyers, sellers, and franchise development. Channels include SEO/SEM, AIO (Artificial Intelligence Optimization), social media, email, landing pages, and retargeting. Collaborate with long-term agency partners while also identifying potential new vendors for use across the franchise network.
  • Brand Fund Stewardship: Oversee national campaigns, budgets, and vendor partners. Provide branded assets, messaging, and playbooks so franchise owners can extend Brand Fund efforts into their local markets.
  • Franchisee Enablement: Strategize and enhance content such as direct marketing letters, postcards, and toolkits, while coaching franchisees on effective local marketing. Offices own their local execution; you provide the branded tools, strategy, and inspiration.
  • Digital & Content: Manage the corporate website, content calendar, and social presence. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across 120+ territories in 36 states.
  • Media Expansion & Innovation: Develop new channels such as video, webinars, and podcasts. Build on our strong direct marketing foundation with modern approaches.
  • Innovation, AI & AIO: Leverage AI tools, AI agents, and AIO to enhance efficiency, campaign performance, and audience insights. Apply strong prompting skills and structured feedback to refine AI outputs for lead magnets, ad copy, content, and creative direction.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in national growth or brand marketing with leadership responsibilities; franchise or multi-location experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in both organic and paid lead generation with measurable ROI.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies to deliver full-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong background in vendor and budget management.
  • Hands-on with CRM and analytics (Zoho One/CRM/Analytics or similar), GA4, Tag Manager, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in AI prompting and refinement for marketing projects, from campaign optimization to creative development.
  • A forward-thinking approach that balances efficiency with discernment when applying AI to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a service-oriented mindset.
