Priam Property Management manages a diverse portfolio of historic buildings located in the heart of downtown Buffalo and the surrounding neighborhoods. We put customer service above all else and strive to put the needs of our Tenants at the center of everything we do.

The Director of Marketing is responsible for working directly with our Banquet Hall and Restaurant to lead and optimize our advertising campaigns across various platforms. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth through effective advertising strategies and execution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies that align with the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print and social media.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Oversee budget management for advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies and emerging advertising technologies to prepare informed strategic decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing or related field with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Must possess strong computer skills, ability to operate Windows based software.
  • Manage own time daily with little supervision.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND RELEVANT TECHNOLOGIES

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tableau or similar).
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, content marketing and email marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing and landing page optimization.

SALARY: $60,000 - $75,000 (will be competitive and commensurate with experience).
