Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize results. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, content creation, and market research to position our brand effectively in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and performance marketing to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Lead advertising sales efforts and manage print advertising campaigns to support overall marketing goals.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as email marketing, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Manage content marketing efforts including copywriting, blog management, and website content updates using WordPress, HTML, and other web development tools.
- Coordinate product management activities related to marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Oversee budgeting for all marketing activities ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, especially in B2B markets.
- Manage external agencies or vendors involved in advertising sales, print advertising, or creative services.
Skills
- Proven expertise in SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and multichannel strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and campaign design.
- Experience with advertising sales, performance marketing, e-commerce platforms, and product management.
- Proficiency in WordPress, HTML coding basics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to develop compelling copywriting for various channels including web content and promotional materials.
- Skilled in research methodologies to gather market insights and consumer data.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously within budget constraints.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
