Director of Marketing

- As we expand our portfolio of residential communities and supermarkets, we are investing in a stronger brand identity, a refined resident experience, and data-driven marketing strategies. To support this growth, we are creating a Director of Marketing role to elevate our public presence, drive occupancy and leasing performance, and unify the company’s marketing across all business divisions.
The Opportunity
- The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition, accelerate leasing velocity, and strengthen customer engagement across residential, commercial, and retail operations.
- This is a leadership role that blends creativity with analytical precision - ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The successful candidate will oversee all marketing operations, from digital campaigns and media management to branding, events, and community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that drives leasing, sales, and brand engagement across all properties and supermarket locations.
- Establish consistent brand identity, messaging, and design standards across the company’s divisions.
- Collaborate with ownership and executive leadership to define long-term marketing goals and KPIs.
Branding and Communications
- Oversee all creative output including print materials, digital assets, signage, and property branding.
- Manage press releases, public relations efforts, and community outreach campaigns.
- Lead brand launches for new developments and supermarket openings.
Digital Marketing and Analytics
- Supervise digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics.
- Leverage CRM and analytics tools to track lead generation, conversion rates, and audience engagement.
Leasing and Resident Experience Support
- Partner with the leasing and property management teams to design high-impact campaigns that maximize occupancy.
- Enhance the resident experience through event programming, referral programs, and reputation management.
- Ensure brand continuity across every customer touchpoint—from first inquiry to renewal.
Team and Vendor Management
- Build and lead an internal marketing team and manage external creative, digital, and PR partners.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and marketing budgets to optimize ROI.
Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or retail.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and scale multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong creative sensibility paired with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets, agencies, and creative production.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with ability to align marketing strategy with executive vision.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, property management systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
A competitive executive compensation package will be offered, including:
- Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience.
- Performance-Based Bonus: Linked to occupancy targets, lead conversions, and campaign ROI.
