Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies with the ultimate goal of contributing to organic growth and gaining market share. Analyzes past and present campaigns to identify areas of improvement and define ‘best practices’.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that will result in aggressive increase in quality leads for sales, brand awareness, and market share
- Identify and execute brand positioning and brand building initiatives to increase qualified leads and awareness
- Collaborate with peers to perform market research & analysis, new market identification activities, and drive development of target markets and channels
- Develop marketing policies, programs and systems to support strategic direction and to ensure that services are marketed in accordance with business objectives.
- Collaborate to define SEO Strategy and execute it to grow leads by doing content assessments, optimizing web content, planning and executing link-building campaigns, and tracking results
- Partner to create and support marketing content for digital marketing and social media purposes (e.g. case studies, infographics, landing pages)
- Plan, execute and optimize new and existing SEA campaigns across key search engines
- Significantly increase lead generation and brand awareness through existing and new sources, including: SEA, SEO, email, trade shows and events, telemarketing, and others
- Work closely with internal and external partners to collect, analyze, and use data to create marketing collateral and to improve results in accordance with business goals
- Other responsibilities as assigned or required
Experience Required:
3-5 years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in a B2B construction or service field. Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing plans, managing and effectively utilizing a marketing budget to maximize brand awareness and lead generation.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
- 2+ years of recent experience leveraging Search Engine Marketing/Advertising (SEM/SEA) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes to generate qualified leads
- Experience building and managing content in CMS environments
- Experience producing content for marketing and sales collateral in various formats and media
- Proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud to create marketing materials required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software required
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
- Comfortable coordinating projects within existing and growing team
- Self-starter and able to manage projects independently with little/no supervision
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising
