Job Overview
A high-volume casino/gaming resort located in Central California is seeking a Director of Marketing for its property to oversee brand strategy, promotions, advertising, digital, analytics, and team leadership across broad marketing operations.

Salary $115k - $175k plus bonus, benefits & relocation assistance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of casino marketing leadership, including direct oversight of Player Development
• Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, database marketing, promotions, and brand strategy
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-department collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Direct all marketing operations including advertising, digital, promotions, database marketing, and Player Development
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to acquire, engage, and retain players
• Lead and mentor the marketing and PD teams while managing budgets, campaigns, and departmental performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
