We are now adding a Director of Marketing to our team: someone ready to lead with heart, move with strategy, and create measurable impact in the lives of the families we serve.

Your Role: More Than Marketing

This is a leadership role, not just a tactical one. You’ll drive visibility, education, and engagement across all channels and touchpoints. You’ll also help shape how our story is told—through events, campaigns, and the digital footprint that makes us a household name in Lake Norman and beyond.

What You’ll Own & Elevate

Experience-Driven Event Strategy

• · Plan and execute signature experiences (seminars, webinars, lunch-and-learns, and appreciation events) that create meaningful moments
• · Innovate new event formats that connect us with our community and prospective clients
• · Coordinate all logistics: venues, catering, compliance, materials, and setup
• · Track engagement, costs, and ROI to measure impact and refine strategy
• · Ensure thoughtful follow-up that builds trust and moves relationships forward

Marketing Campaigns with Purpose

• · Design and manage drip marketing strategies across email, direct mail, and other channels
• · Build workflows that align with the Priceless Retirement Plan™ and client journey
• · Track engagement and conversion metrics to continuously improve performance

Brand Stewardship & Creative Oversight

• · Ensure every marketing piece reflects our brand values and voice
• · Oversee (or collaborate on) the creation of flyers, brochures, social media assets, and videos
• · Keep our marketing library organized, current, and compliance-approved

Digital Presence & Platform Management

• · Oversee regular updates to our website and creation of new landing pages
• · Lead our SEO efforts and boost our digital visibility
• · Manage our social media strategy—posting, engagement, tracking—and align all activity with compliance

CRM & Data Intelligence

• · Ensure clean contact data and proper segmentation inside our CRM
• · Build reporting systems for pipeline management, campaign tracking, and market insights

Vendor & Budget Coordination

• · Collaborate with outside partners (e.g. graphic designers, media buyers, digital agencies)
• · Monitor and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI

You’re a Fit If You...

• · Have 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a financial services or RIA environment
• · Are excited by both strategic planning and creative execution
• · Understand compliance considerations and industry nuances
• · Are energized by growth, new ideas, and making a measurable difference
• · Want to contribute to something bigger than a job: a legacy
• Hubspot experience is a plus

Compensation & Next Steps

• · Base salary starts at $60k-$70k, with flexibility based on experience
