Job Overview

We are looking for a driven Director of Marketing to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating, leading, and growing all of our marketing efforts across multiple channels to various audiences, including a mixture of B2B and D2C. A great candidate will bring a strong mix of data-driven decision-making and creative thinking to drive results.


We are growing like crazy and this is an exciting time to join the company to help accelerate what’s already happening. We have operated under the radar up until now. We intend to change that with the help of this individual. This role is key to enhancing our efforts to get our message out to the world.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Overall objectives:
    • Drive new B2B referral partnerships across the US
    • Increase total active patients through direct-to-patient marketing efforts
  • Develop the marketing strategy for the short and long term. Implement and execute it
  • Manage all digital channels to maintain consistent brand messaging and deliver lead flow
  • Leverage other marketing channels as needed to reach our target audiences
  • Oversee all design and brand materials and support sales and events
  • Keep messaging compliant with healthcare marketing laws and regulations
  • Provide regular reporting on funnel metrics, conversions, and total active patient growth to the leadership team and CEO
  • Grow the marketing team, as needed, and lead them to success

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading marketing teams
  • Proven track record of driving results through marketing funnels
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, advertising, etc.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Extremely driven to maximize the effectiveness of all resources and drive the best outcomes possible
