We are on a deliberate growth path from $13M toward $25M by 2028. The Director of Marketing we hire will be a key architect of that journey.
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role — not a coordinator with a Director title. You will own GoodSuite’s brand, set the marketing strategy, build the campaigns, lead our internal team, and manage our agency relationships. You will report directly to the CEO and CRO, and your work will be visible, valued, and consequential.
We are an AI-forward company. Our Director of Marketing must already operate at a professional level with AI tools — using them as a core part of how they develop strategy, create content, conduct research, and run campaigns. This is a hard requirement, not a preference. You will be asked to demonstrate this concretely in the interview process.
What You’ll Lead
— Brand strategy and positioning: own GoodSuite’s voice, visual identity, and market narrative — ensuring every touchpoint reflects who we are and why clients choose us
— Campaign development: design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline across both our copier/print and IT managed services divisions
— AI-powered marketing: build and lead an AI-forward marketing operation — from content strategy and answer engine optimization to competitive research and outreach
— Demand generation: own all lead generation channels including paid search, organic, social media, events, and outbound; be accountable for lead quality and cost per acquisition
— Social media and content: guide GoodSuite’s presence and strategy.
— Team and agency leadership: manage internal marketing staff and external agency partners with clear direction, measurable expectations, and regular accountability
— Executive partnership: serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and CRO, translating business growth targets into executable marketing plans
— Analytics and reporting: build a clean, honest performance dashboard and bring data-driven recommendations to leadership every week
What We Require
— Professional-level AI fluency: you use AI tools as a core part of your daily marketing practice — for strategy, content, research, and campaign execution — and you can speak to this specifically and credibly
— Proven brand builder: you have shaped a company’s voice and positioning from the ground up.
— Campaign creator: you have built and run integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, from brief to creative to measurement, with ownership of results
— Strong analytical instincts: you read pipeline data, question assumptions, and make sound budget recommendations based on evidence
— Excellent communication: you can present strategy to a CEO, brief a creative agency, and write compelling content — all with equal confidence
— Leadership experience: you have managed both internal team members and external agency relationships, and you know how to set expectations and hold people accountable
Bonus qualifications:
— Background in technology services, MSP, or copier and print industry
— Experience with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) or AI search visibility strategy
— Familiarity with mid-market B2B sales cycles and how marketing supports a direct sales team
