Head of Marketing, Admissions & Growth

Location: Dubai, UAE

Profile Overview: To lead the school’s overall growth strategy, revenue generation, brand positioning, and market expansion, ensuring increased student enrolments and strong market presence.

This role acts as a single-point leadership position, responsible for planning, executing, and delivering all marketing, sales (admissions), and branding initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTIONKey Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership

· Develop and execute long-term growth strategy for the school

· Align marketing, admissions, and revenue goals with business objectives

· Identify market opportunities, competitors, and positioning strategy

2. Revenue & Enrolment Growth

· Drive student admissions targets and revenue generation

· Build strong lead generation funnels (digital + offline)

· Improve conversion rates from enquiry → enrolment

· Work closely with admissions team to optimize pipeline

3. Marketing & Brand Management

· Lead complete marketing strategy (digital, social, PR, events, campaigns)

· Build strong brand identity and positioning in UAE market

· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels

4. Sales & Market Expansion

· Develop sales strategies and partnerships

· Build relationships with:

o Corporate groups

o Relocation companies

o Community networks

· Explore new markets and feeder schools

5. Digital & Performance Marketing

· Manage:

o Social media

o Paid ads (Google, Meta)

o Website & SEO

· Track KPIs:

o Cost per lead

o Conversion rate

o ROI

6. Brand Reputation & Community Engagement

· Handle PR, media, and events

· Build strong parent/community engagement

· Position school as a premium brand in Dubai education market

7. Team & Vendor Management

· Lead marketing & admissions teams

· Manage agencies, designers, and vendors

· Control budgets and ensure ROI

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (DUBAI MARKET STANDARD)

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications

· Master’s (MBA) preferred

· 10–15+ years experience

· Minimum 5+ years in leadership role

· Experience in:

o Education sector (preferred)

o Real estate / hospitality / premium services (also acceptable)

Skills Required:

· Strategic thinking & leadership

· Strong sales & revenue mindset

· Digital marketing expertise

· Branding & positioning

· Data-driven decision making

· Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Additional Requirements:

· UAE market experience (highly preferred)

· Strong understanding of Dubai competitive school landscape

· Ability to work independently and lead entire function

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
