Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and expand our market presence. This role is pivotal in driving strategic planning, fostering customer relationships, and enhancing our sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development in the drug and alcohol addiction field and project management, with the ability to negotiate effectively and implement innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage customer relationships and track sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Lead negotiations with key stakeholders to secure contracts and partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Oversee project management initiatives related to business development efforts, ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.

  • Proven experience in business development with a strong track record of success in sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
