Company Overview:
We are a growing automotive service, retail, and tire wholesale company with 17 store locations across two states and more than 200 employees. Our organization takes pride in providing high-quality service, strong community presence, and long-standing customer relationships. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive the strategic growth of our brand across all platforms.

Position Summary:

The Director of Marketing will oversee and manage all marketing initiatives across our retail and wholesale divisions. This individual will lead a small but growing marketing team, currently including a Marketing Coordinator, and will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of all marketing, public relations, and community engagement efforts.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate our brand and values through digital, print, and community channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the marketing department, including strategy development, planning, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing coordinator to ensure consistent and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with company leadership to align marketing goals with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize all PPC, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.
  • Oversee website performance, digital analytics, and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain relationships with marketing vendors and digital partners.
  • Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance company visibility and reputation.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials, platforms, and locations.
  • Oversee content creation for email campaigns, print materials, and social media.
  • Represent the company at Chamber of Commerce events, community functions, trade shows, and business networking events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local business leaders, organizations, and partners to enhance community presence.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating community involvement and sponsorship activities.
  • Oversee all company social media channels, ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand messaging.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a management or director-level role.
  • Proven success in managing PPC and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in retail or automotive industry strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between company locations and to business events.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
