Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Marketing & Communications to lead our brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, digital programs, PR, and conference strategy. This role partners closely with the executive team to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and market leadership. The ideal candidate is a versatile B2B SaaS marketer with strong leadership, analytical ability, and a passion for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategy and messaging that positions TSOLife as a category leader.
  • Lead content strategy including white papers, case studies, thought leadership, and webinars.
  • Own product marketing: positioning, value propositions, competitive insights, and sales enablement.
  • Build and manage full-funnel demand generation programs to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • Oversee digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, email, website optimization, CRO).
  • Lead PR efforts, media outreach, and industry storytelling.
  • Plan and manage conference presence, booth experience, and event ROI.
  • Partner with Sales on ICP alignment, messaging, pipeline goals, and HubSpot optimization.
  • Create and maintain sales collateral, pitch decks, and nurture programs.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and report insights to executive leadership.
  • Manage and mentor marketing team members and external partners.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing; 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success managing demand generation and contributing to sales pipeline.
  • Strong skills in content marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing.
  • Experience with PR, conferences, and integrated campaigns.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Highly analytical, organized, and able to operate in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Passionate about improving the senior living experience and aligned with TSOLife’s values.
