Job Summary
We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across all GGG concepts. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on growth, blending brand building, performance marketing, PR, events, and operational discipline.You’ll own digital channels, paid media, local store marketing, PR, and events—while building the systems, structure, and metrics needed to scale a multi-brand hospitality group.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategy across multiple restaurant concepts
- Lead and grow a team of 3–4 marketing professionals
- Drive local store marketing, promotions, partnerships, and openings
- Own paid media strategy, budgets, testing, and performance optimization
- Oversee social, websites, reviews, and online reputation
- Lead PR, content, inbound/outbound campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Own the company-wide events calendar and execution
- Build marketing processes, KPIs, and reporting tied to business results
- Manage marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, optimize ROI, and report on key metrics.
- Develop comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that integrate digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and traditional advertising channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Lead market research initiatives to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic planning.
- Oversee budgeting processes for marketing initiatives while ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources toward high-impact activities.
