Director of Marketing and Communications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that enhance brand awareness across all platforms.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, print advertising, and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Oversee the management of advertising sales efforts to expand outreach and revenue streams.
  • Utilize SEO best practices and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to optimize online presence and measure campaign performance.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage target audiences effectively.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to develop compelling copywriting, creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite, and engaging content tailored for B2B (business-to-business) audiences.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, audience insights, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain budgets for all marketing activities while ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including print advertising agencies, digital media outlets, and advertising sales partners.
  • Oversee website management using WordPress and basic HTML coding to ensure content accuracy and user experience excellence.
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives through Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid channels to boost visibility and conversions.
  • Direct the PIO team with quality standards and solid public relations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and multichannel campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creative asset development.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and WordPress website management; basic HTML skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability in B2B marketing strategies with a focus on product promotion and sales growth.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Strong research skills to analyze market trends and consumer insights that inform strategic planning.
  • Experience managing budgets effectively while maximizing ROI on campaigns.
  • Public information management ability.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
