Director of Marketing – Beauty

Remore, LA Based

We are seeking a strategic and creative Director of Marketing to lead the company’s 360° marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees all aspects of marketing, including brand marketing and storytelling, integrated campaigns, communications, creative, events, digital, and DTC. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building strong consumer brands, managing high-performing teams, and driving measurable business outcomes.

As the leader of the Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and report directly to the President and CEO/Founder. The ideal candidate is organized, creatively fluent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing ideas to life across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and evolve brand positioning and marketing vision, executing go-to-market strategy across all consumer touchpoints.

Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs.

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on marketing strategy and execution.

Brand & Creative

Shape brand identity and creative direction across all platforms.

Develop and maintain brand voice, ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns and channels.

360 Campaign Development

Lead holistic GTM planning across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Ensure alignment across DTC, retail, and omnichannel campaigns.

Manage launch planning, stakeholder coordination, timelines, and deliverables.

Build scalable processes that improve efficiency and impact.

Content, Social, and Communications

Oversee earned media, including product launches, events, and brand moments.

Build and nurture relationships with creators to drive authentic engagement.

Lead social media strategy to ensure a best-in-class brand presence, staying ahead of cultural and digital trends.

Digital and E-Commerce

Drive growth strategy for DTC e-commerce.

Partner with digital agencies on paid media and ROAS targets.

Scale CRM, email, and SMS programs to strengthen retention.

Team & Budget Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

Manage marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
