Location

Remote, with occasional travel for events, conferences, content creation, and partner meetings.

Compensation

Competitive contract compensation based on experience, plus quarterly performance bonuses.

In addition to the base contract rate, the Director of Marketing & Brand Growth will be eligible for performance-based quarterly bonuses tied to agreed-upon marketing, growth, provider acquisition, sponsorship, event, and brand awareness goals.

Total bonus compensation may equal up to 20% of annual contract earnings, paid quarterly based on performance and milestone achievement.

As we prepare for national expansion, we are seeking a visionary Director of Marketing & Brand Growth to lead our marketing efforts across the entire ecosystem.

Position Overview

This is a senior leadership role for a strategic marketer who can see the big picture while also executing day-to-day initiatives.

The Director of Marketing & Brand Growth will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all marketing efforts across our organizations. This individual will serve as the central marketing leader, ensuring that our messaging, branding, campaigns, events, partnerships, and growth initiatives are aligned and producing measurable results.

Unlike many marketing positions, this role requires experience marketing to both consumers and professionals.

The ideal candidate understands how to build marketing strategies that attract both audiences while supporting long-term brand growth.

This role will work directly with executive leadership to drive awareness, engagement, provider acquisition, sponsorship visibility, event attendance, community growth, and revenue-generating opportunities across the entire ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across all brands and divisions.
  • Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, sponsorships, and audience expansion.
  • Build and manage marketing budgets.
  • Establish key performance indicators and track marketing success.
  • Present marketing recommendations and growth strategies to executive leadership.

Brand Development & Management

  • Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all company initiatives.
  • Develop brand positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect company values, mission, and visual identity.
  • Oversee brand reputation management and public perception.

Digital Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing efforts across websites, email, social media, search engines, and online advertising platforms.
  • Develop campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Manage SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising initiatives.
  • Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics.

Social Media Oversight

  • Oversee content strategy and execution across:
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Emerging platforms
  • Develop content calendars and campaign strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
  • Monitor trends and implement innovative content ideas.

Print Marketing & Promotional Materials

  • Oversee the creation of flyers, brochures, banners, sponsorship materials, sales collateral, event signage, media kits, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all printed and digital marketing assets.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Provider Acquisition Marketing

  • Create and oversee campaigns designed to attract healthcare providers and wellness professionals to My Bump Hub.
  • Support provider recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
  • Develop marketing materials that support sales and business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with the provider onboarding team to ensure a seamless brand experience.

Event & Experiential Marketing

  • Lead marketing efforts for:
  • Provider networking events
  • Community baby showers
  • Educational workshops
  • Foundation initiatives
  • The Doula Mixer Tour
  • Corporate partner activations
  • National conferences
  • Develop event promotion strategies that increase attendance and engagement.
  • Coordinate event marketing timelines and promotional campaigns.

Sponsorship & Partnership Marketing

  • Support the development and promotion of sponsorship opportunities.
  • Create sponsor visibility strategies and activation plans.
  • Assist with partnership announcements and co-branded marketing initiatives.
  • Develop materials that support sponsorship acquisition efforts.

Public Relations & Media

  • Identify media opportunities that increase brand visibility.
  • Support podcast promotion and content distribution.
  • Assist with press releases, media outreach, interviews, and public awareness campaigns.
  • Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community leaders.

Foundation & Community Awareness

  • Develop campaigns that support the mission of My Bump My Baby My World Foundation.
  • Promote community initiatives, fundraising efforts, educational programs, and awareness campaigns.
  • Increase awareness of maternal health challenges and available resources.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing performance across all channels.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports.
  • Use data to guide future strategy and decision-making.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with:
  • Graphic designers
  • Videographers
  • Photographers
  • Content creators
  • Marketing agencies
  • Public relations partners
  • Freelancers and contractors
  • Build and oversee a scalable marketing infrastructure as the organization grows.

QualificationsRequired

  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience.
  • Proven success managing both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and growth marketing.
  • Experience with social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, and campaign management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working independently and driving results with minimal supervision.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, maternal health, women's health, wellness, nonprofit, technology, community-focused organizations, or startups.
  • Experience supporting startup growth or scaling organizations.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience managing events, conferences, sponsorships, partnerships, or membership-based communities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.

Within the first 12 months, the Director of Marketing & Brand Growth will help:

  • Increase awareness and visibility of My Bump Hub nationally.
  • Grow provider enrollment across multiple specialties.
  • Expand social media reach and engagement.
  • Increase attendance at events and educational programs.
  • Strengthen sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
  • Drive website traffic, lead generation, and app adoption.
  • Support foundation awareness and fundraising initiatives.
  • Establish a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across all divisions.
  • Create scalable marketing systems that support long-term national growth.
