Director of Marketing – Build the Brand, Lead Digital Growth, and Empower a National Network
Festive Franchising Corp brings light and joy to homes, businesses, and communities across the country through creative outdoor, holiday, and event lighting. We’re looking for a Director of Marketing who can build a scalable marketing system, lead digital and social media growth, and inspire franchisees to market with confidence and creativity.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends brand strategy, digital execution, social innovation, and franchise communications. You’ll develop and execute the national marketing vision, oversee campaign performance, and ensure every franchise location shines with consistency, quality, and connection.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Scale the Marketing Engine
- Design and implement a scalable marketing infrastructure to support a growing franchise network.
- Create and maintain marketing playbooks, SOPs, and templates for brand, social, and local marketing.
- Develop KPI dashboards to measure cost-per-lead, engagement, conversion, and ROI across digital channels.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations to integrate marketing technology (CRM, automation, review management, and analytics).
Lead Brand, Digital, & Social Strategy
- Define and evolve the Festive brand voice and ensure consistency across all media and campaigns.
- Oversee national and local marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, retargeting, email, SEO, and traditional channels.
- Lead all social media strategy and execution — from corporate content calendars to franchise-level engagement.
- Manage internal and external creative teams responsible for social content, paid media, and storytelling.
- Monitor performance data and social trends to refine strategy and optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
Support & Train Franchisees
- Serve as the primary marketing resource and coach for franchisees, providing one-on-one guidance and group training.
- Lead marketing and social media segments during franchise onboarding, pre-launch, and ongoing education.
- Equip franchisees with localized content, campaign frameworks, and social posting guidance aligned with the national brand.
- Develop plug-and-play social assets, templates, and ad kits that make local execution simple and effective.
Collaborate & Communicate
- Align marketing strategy with sales, operations, and franchise development goals.
- Partner with leadership to plan seasonal promotions, national campaigns, and cross-brand initiatives.
- Represent the brand at franchise conventions, regional meetings, and industry events as a confident public speaker and storyteller.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, digital strategy, or franchise marketing operations.
- Proven success building and scaling marketing programs across multiple markets or business units.
- Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement across major platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, automation, retargeting).
- Experience managing creative, content, and paid media teams or agencies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills — capable of inspiring both internal teams and franchise owners.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), and reporting dashboards.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Sarasota, FL.
Bonus Points
- Experience in franchising or home services marketing.
- Familiarity with seasonal or event-based business models.
- Knowledge of creative platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
