Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing & Communications to lead our communication strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans that enhance our brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in both traditional and digital marketing, including print advertising, social media marketing, and analytics. The Director of Marketing & Communications will work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Duties

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for various channels including print advertising, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct research to identify trends and insights that inform communication initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted messaging that supports product management and sales goals.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including press releases and media outreach.
  • Lead a team of communications professionals, providing guidance on best practices in copywriting and content development.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the organization’s values and mission.

Experience

  • Proven experience in communications, marketing, or related fields with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making processes.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in product management is a plus, showcasing an understanding of market needs and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $108,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
