Homegrown Restaurant Group is looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Director to lead the marketing efforts across our restaurant brands. We need someone who understands the restaurant industry, can create strong marketing materials, and knows how to keep multiple locations and promotions organized and moving forward. This person will report directly to the Director of Operations & Company Leadership.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects at once, and is excited to help grow our brands through strategic marketing, strong visual execution, and consistent communication with restaurant leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for multiple restaurant concepts
  • Create and manage in-store and promotional marketing campaigns
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including posters, menus, table tents, flyers, signage, promotional materials, and other print and digital pieces
  • Work closely with restaurant leadership to plan promotions, special events, and seasonal campaigns
  • Visit restaurant locations regularly to gather content, understand operational needs, and stay connected to each brand
  • Meet with General Managers 3 times per week to align on promotions, marketing needs, upcoming events, and brand direction
  • Maintain marketing calendars, deadlines, and campaign schedules
  • Help drive guest engagement, brand awareness, and sales through effective and organized marketing efforts
  • Oversee and support the Social Media Manager to ensure social media content stays aligned with each brand’s marketing goals and standards

Requirements:

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to stay organized while juggling multiple projects
  • Must be able to work in the restaurants 3 days per week for meetings, collaboration, and marketing execution
  • Strong graphic design experience and ability to create polished marketing materials
  • Previous restaurant marketing experience is required
  • Strong understanding of promotions, branding, guest engagement, and marketing strategy
  • Must be comfortable managing multiple brands, priorities, and deadlines at once
  • It is the Marketing Director’s responsibility to help guide, support, and oversee the Social Media Manager
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while also collaborating with store leadership

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, highly organized, and understands how restaurant marketing works in the real world. This person must be able to balance planning and execution, support multiple locations, and make sure each restaurant’s marketing stays consistent, effective, and on brand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
