Job Title: Director of Marketing & Growth Operations
Location: Bluffdale, Utah (Hybrid)

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a strong marketing leader to own our full marketing engine, including brand development, paid media (excluding Google), CRM automation, reporting, and cross-department alignment with Sales and Operations. This is a high responsibility, high-impact role with a direct influence on the company’s growth trajectory.
Role Overview
The Director of Marketing & Growth Operations is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all non-Google marketing and customer acquisition efforts. This includes Meta ads, YouTube content production, website management, lead flow systems, automation, reporting, and overall marketing operations. A key part of this role is managing our Google marketing agency. Instead of running Google Ads directly, you will ensure the agency has the creative assets, offers, data, and direction they need to perform at a high level, while holding them accountable to KPIs and weekly reporting. This person will oversee the full internal marketing ecosystem, including creative production, paid social, local SEO, CRM automations, and cross-department communication.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media and Advertising (Primary Responsibility)
Own all paid media strategies and execution outside of Google, including:
● Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
● YouTube ad creative and content production
● Affiliate partnerships or third-party lead sources
● Ongoing creative testing, audience testing, and offer optimization
Agency Oversight:
● Manage the Google marketing agency’s performance
● Provide creative assets, promotions, brand direction, and reporting feedback
● Review weekly KPI reports and ensure Google leads, appointments, and installs meet
expectations
● Ensure smooth integration between the agency’s work and our CRM, lead routing, and
UTM tracking
Set and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets for all non-Google marketing channels.
Brand, Website, and Creative
● Maintain and evolve the Utah Climate Pros brand identity across all digital and offline
platforms
● Manage the company website, including updates, landing pages, SEO improvements,
and UX enhancements
● Write scripts and produce creative for Meta ads, YouTube content, still ads, and
promotional campaigns
● Create sales flyers, rebate guides, brochures, PMA materials, builder proposals, and
other assets
● Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for ongoing creative
production
CRM, Automation, and Lead Management
● Oversee and optimize CRM systems (GoHighLevel and Housecall Pro)
● Build and improve automation workflows for new leads, appointment setting, follow-ups, email and SMS nurture, missed call texts, and more
● Maintain all integrations between the website, phone systems, advertising platforms, and CRM
● Manage lead routing, rep assignment logic, calendars, and pipeline stages
Analytics, Reporting, and Forecasting
● Build and maintain reporting dashboards for lead volume, CPL, appointment rates,
ROAS, channel performance, and revenue attribution
● Set up and monitor UTM tracking, pixel tracking, and conversion events across all
platforms
● Work with Sales and Finance to support revenue forecasting, budget planning, and
marketing projections
● Present performance insights to leadership with actionable recommendations
Reputation Management and Local SEO
● Manage Google Business Profile, reviews, and neighborhood SEO efforts (NearbyNow)
● Respond to reviews and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
● Oversee local content posting cadence to improve organic visibility
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Partner with Sales to align campaigns with revenue goals, rebates, and seasonal
promotions
● Collaborate with Operations on pricing, service areas, and capacity planning
● Support HR and Leadership in internal communication, team updates, and new-hire
assets
Qualifications
● Four or more years of marketing experience in home services or local services preferred
● Strong experience running Meta Ads and producing high-performing creatives
● Experience managing external agencies and holding them accountable to performance
● Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation (GoHighLevel
preferred)
● Comfortable working with WordPress or landing page builders
● Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills
● Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative direction skills
● Highly organized, proactive, and able to independently manage complex projects in a
fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
● HVAC or home services marketing experience
● Experience with Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms
● Ability to produce or lead video and photo content creation
