Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced B2B industrial manufacturing marketing leader to build and lead our marketing strategy. This role combines strategic planning, product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement — with a strong focus on OEM customer acquisition and long-cycle technical markets.
You will partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to develop positioning, launch new products and verticals, improve our digital presence, and create a marketing engine that supports predictable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for major verticals (defense, medical, industrial, outdoor, etc.).
• Translate manufacturing and engineering capabilities into clear customer-facing messaging.
• Build OEM-focused demand generation campaigns that support pipeline growth.
• Lead product marketing, sales enablement, case studies, technical sheets, and market education.
• Oversee web, SEO, digital content, and the quoting/online experience.
• Own trade show strategy and partner/distributor marketing programs.
• Manage and grow a small marketing team; oversee external partners and agencies.
• Establish marketing KPIs, reporting, and a structured operating cadence.

Qualifications
• 7–10+ years in B2B marketing within industrial, manufacturing, OEM, or contract manufacturing environments
• Experience creating positioning and go-to-market strategies for technical products
• Strong understanding of OEM buying processes and long sales cycles
• Demonstrated success building or leading a marketing function
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
