Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing Operations to lead and optimize our marketing efforts across multiple channels. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and multichannel campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Oversee the management of systemwide CRM (Go High Level) utilized across hundreds of franchise locations, including integrating with various marketing agencies.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate product management initiatives by aligning marketing activities with product launches and updates to boost visibility in local markets.
  • Manage budgets effectively while overseeing performance marketing initiatives aimed at driving ROI through targeted advertising and sales funnels.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to inform strategic decisions and content creation.
  • Manage relationships and performance of third party marketing agencies supporting franchisees.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging copywriting for various channels while maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Drive email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and retain customers through personalized messaging and automation workflows.
  • Report directly to Chief Marketing Officer following strategic vision.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, B2C marketing, and multichannel campaign management.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO best practices, social media platforms (including Facebook Advertising), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation tools, specifically Go High Level CRM.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage advertising sales initiatives across print and digital channels effectively.
  • Excellent research skills combined with strategic thinking to identify opportunities for growth within competitive markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies for optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
