About Us
We’re launching a purpose built, 18 000 sq ft dental and surgical center in Texas that blends best in class clinical care with real world training and research. The facility combines a 56 chair multi specialty clinic with an ambulatory surgery suite, engineered for same day, full scope care under one roof. With expert advisors and an academic partnership, we will onboard 200 team members in our first year and rely on Lean, tech forward systems—no legacy bureaucracy. If you thrive on building a brand from the ground up and translating clinical excellence into market momentum, we’d like to meet you.

Position Summary
The Director of Marketing owns the center’s brand identity, patient acquisition engine, and community presence. You will begin at 50% effort (20 hrs/week) through March 2026 to stand up core assets—website, messaging, launch plan—and then transition to a full time role to scale campaigns ahead of our June 2026 opening. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Operations, Chief Academic Officer, HR Director, and CFO to ensure marketing strategy aligns with capacity, staffing, and academic calendars.

Core Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Part Time (Hire → June 2026)

  • Maintain brand guidelines (logo, voice, style).
  • Write and update website copy, landing pages, blog posts, patient education pieces, and email sequences.
  • Serve as daily liaison to the external marketing agency—approve creative, track deadlines, and keep leadership informed.
  • Gather testimonials, case studies, resident profiles, and photography for social and print channels.
  • Set up basic KPI dashboards (traffic, lead volume) and flag anomalies to the agency.

Phase 2 – Full Time (June 2026 →)

  • Expand omni channel content calendar—social media, newsletters, referral partner communications, local press releases.
  • Oversee online reputation management platforms and respond to patient reviews in collaboration with clinical leadership.
  • Manage a small in house marketing assistant (hire planned mid 2026).
  • Own the marketing budget line, track agency invoices, and present monthly ROI snapshots to the CEO/CFO.
  • Support continuing education and community outreach events that reinforce the academic mission of the center.

Join us to turn a groundbreaking clinical academic venture into a brand that patients trust and professionals admire—while enjoying the flexibility of ramping up part time before launch.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least two years producing content for a healthcare provider, DSO, ASC, or specialized marketing agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform clinical or technical information into clear, patient?friendly copy.
  • Hands on experience with CMS or marketing?automation tools (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliant digital marketing practices and basic SEO principles.

Preferred but not required

  • Background in dental or oral surgery marketing.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design platforms.
