Position Summary:
The Director of Marketing for Revenue Growth leads strategy and execution for all sales-driving initiatives across Dining Room, To-Go, Catering, and Third-Party Delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small-but-mighty brand environments — a hands-on leader who can strategize and execute simultaneously, pivot quickly, and work cross-functionally to get things done. We’re looking for a self-starter who’s as comfortable developing the plan as rolling up their sleeves to make it happen — all in service of driving guest traffic, frequency, and check growth.
This is a hybrid role that will require onsite work from our Addison, TX office 2-3 days per week after the completion of onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Channel Strategy

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive revenue across dine-in, to-go, catering, and third-party delivery channels.

Partner with Operations, Finance, and Culinary to forecast, measure, and optimize sales performance across each revenue stream.

Build and manage the promotional and offer calendar, aligning national campaigns and local activations with guest demand, margin goals, and brand positioning.

Identify and expand strategic partnerships that enhance visibility and performance across digital, delivery, and off-premise platforms.
Promotions & Guest Activation

Design and test promotional offers and daypart activations that deliver measurable traffic and sales growth across all channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are on-brand, guest-centric, and operationally executable.

Collaborate with Director of Marketing Activations, CRM and Loyalty teams to personalize offers and drive repeat visits through segmentation and lifecycle marketing.

Partner with field marketing and operations teams to bring campaigns to life in the dining room through experience, service, and local activation.
Measurement & Insights

Track sales performance, ROAS, and profitability by channel and promotion.

Regularly communicate results and learnings to the executive team and field leadership.
Leadership & Collaboration

Manage a cross-functional marketing team and agency partners responsible for channel and promotional activation.

Collaborate closely with Operations, Training, and Culinary to ensure alignment between marketing programs and guest execution.

Serve as a key strategic partner to the CMO and executive leadership in shaping the brand’s revenue growth roadmap.

8+ years of marketing leadership experience in restaurant with proven results driving traffic and revenue.

Demonstrated success in developing and scaling marketing programs across dine-in, to-go, catering, and third-party delivery channels.

Strong analytical and financial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
