About the Role: The Impact You'll Make

As our Nursing Director, you are the cornerstone of our care program. You will lead the daily activities of the nursing department, focusing on providing hands-on support and training to the direct care staff.

• Lead & Mentor: Provide strong, positive leadership and coordinate training programs.
• Care Management: Collaborate with physicians and families to develop, manage, and coordinate comprehensive person-centered care plans.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure regulatory compliance, proper medication administration, and timely physician notification to achieve excellent care outcomes for residents with mental health and physical needs.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred: Prior supervisory/leadership experience.
