Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our skilled nursing team in Saginaw, Michigan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, staff management, and facility operations. Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility and accountability for nursing and clinical services

• Oversee quality of life, experience, nursing services, clinical outcomes, and discharge planning for patients

• Oversee staff recruitment, staff retention, scheduling, overtime, and morale in conjunction with Administrator

• Oversee infection control, restorative nursing, in-servicing, training, continued education, and harmonious workplace

• Provide customer service to patients, families, and staff

• Enforce policies and procedures, federal and state compliance

• Lead by example by promoting positive morale within their department and throughout the facility by smiling and greeting residents, families, and all employees

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse License

• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff
