Compensation: Up to $115,000 per year with a generous annual bonus structure for performance excellence.

What You’ll Do

Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to the nursing department.
Oversee resident care delivery, quality, and compliance.
Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff.
Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to meet facility goals.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.

✅ Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (Kansas or compact state eligibility).
Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience (DON, ADON, or Nurse Manager).
Skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
