Role Description

The Director of OEM Sales will oversee and drive the growth of our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partnerships. Responsibilities include leading sales operations, managing customer relationships, developing strategies to expand the business, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Liberty, KY, offering an opportunity to make significant contributions to our organization’s growth and market presence.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent skills in Customer Service and fostering long-lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in Team Management, with a track record of effectively leading and motivating sales teams.
  • Proficient in Business Development, with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the aptitude to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the agricultural equipment or OEM industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
