- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple clinics, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and patient care goals.
- Oversee front desk, patient experience efforts, and technician workflows to drive efficiency, consistency, and accountability across sites.
- Implement standardized operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce variation and enhance clinic performance.
- Maintain clear accountability at every level by setting expectations, monitoring progress, and holding teams responsible for outcomes.
- Partner with physician leadership to optimize clinic schedules, patient throughput, and utilization of staff and resources.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on regional growth strategies, new service launches, and clinic integrations.
- Ensure operational readiness and consistent execution with implementing organizational initiatives.
- Drive alignment between clinic operations and the organization’s broader goals around patient access, experience, and efficiency.
- Directly lead clinic managers and ensure strong leadership presence at each site.
- Provide oversight, guidance, and accountability for front desk and clinical technician teams, ensuring they meet patient care and performance standards.
- Build a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement across all levels of staff.
- Partner with HR and clinical leadership to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams while addressing performance gaps promptly and constructively.
- Promote engagement and retention by recognizing strong performance and cultivating professional growth opportunities.
- Establish, cascade, and track KPIs across all clinics to measure access, efficiency, patient experience, and productivity.
- Create accountability dashboards and use performance data to guide operational decisions and coaching conversations.
- Identify process gaps and execute solutions that improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and maximize provider and technician productivity.
- Lead operational audits and develop action plans to address underperformance or inconsistencies across locations.
- Develop, manage, and monitor annual regional operating budgets.
- Analyze monthly financial and operational reports, identifying trends and initiating corrective actions to achieve goals.
- Forecast staffing, supply, and capital needs in partnership with Finance and senior leadership.
- Implement cost-efficient staffing and operational models while maintaining service quality and patient satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of progressive healthcare operations management experience, ideally within ophthalmology, optometry, or multisite specialty care.
Demonstrated success leading multi-site teams, managing budgets, and improving operational performance.
Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to drive accountability and engagement.
Excellent analytical skills and comfort with KPI-based management.
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Florida region.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time salaried position. Days and hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Salaried staff may be required to work beyond their set schedule due to business needs and expectations.
