Overview
Fungyun is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Director of Operations to oversee the operational activities of our warehouse. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our warehouse operations run efficiently and effectively, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Your expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and team leadership will be vital in optimizing our warehouse processes and supporting the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize warehouse processes, improve throughout, and enhance inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping of apparel products.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and high performance.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and inventory management teams to ensure seamless coordination of operations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction within warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Manage and control the warehouse budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in warehouse management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in warehouse operations management, with a strong track record in the apparel industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant warehouse management software.
  • Strong commitment to safety and operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
