Operations Manager – Pinnacle Home Theater (Atlanta, GA)
Pinnacle Home Theater is an Atlanta-based integrator specializing in custom audio/video, home automation, lighting, networking, and security systems. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational execution and ensure our field teams, projects, and materials are coordinated efficiently and professionally.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, hands-on leader who excels at scheduling, logistics, and keeping projects moving smoothly from the warehouse to the job site.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling for installation and service teams
- Coordinate morning dispatch, ensuring technicians are prepared, equipped, and on time
- Oversee purchasing, vendor coordination, and order tracking
- Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and material staging
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper stock levels
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Technical Leads to support active jobs
- Ensure tools, vehicles, and materials are ready and properly assigned
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, material shortages, or operational bottlenecks
- Support process improvements across scheduling, purchasing, and logistics
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7+ years of operations, logistics, or field management experience
- Experience in home automation, AV, low-voltage, construction, or project-based trades preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple crews and fast-moving schedules
- Experience with purchasing, inventory systems, or warehouse operations
- Clear communicator with technicians, vendors, and internal teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Proficient with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and basic inventory tools
- Willingness to adjust hours as needed to support field operations
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $88,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
- Performance Incentives: $3,000 – $7,000 annually, tied to operational performance such as:
- Scheduling accuracy and crew utilization
- Inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
- Purchasing efficiency and cost control
- Reduction of job delays due to material or logistics issues
- Total Target Compensation: $78,000 – $95,000+
