We’re partnering with a Michelin-starred, award-winning chef who is launching multiple new restaurant concepts in New York City and is seeking a Director of Operations to help lead the next phase of growth.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a DOO, a Multi-Unit General Manager or a high-volume General Manager ready to step into a broader, strategic leadership role. You’ll oversee three distinct concepts , working closely with ownership and culinary leadership to build strong teams, systems, and culture from the ground up.

The Role

• Oversee day-to-day operations across three NYC concepts
• Support openings, systems development, and operational execution
• Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teams
• Drive guest experience, service standards, and brand consistency
• Manage P&L performance, labor, COGS, and operational KPIs
• Partner closely with the Chef/Owner on strategy, growth, and execution
• Ensure Michelin-level standards across service, hospitality, and operations

Your Background

• Proven leadership experience within Michelin-starred or Michelin-recognized restaurants (required)
• Experience as a Multi-Unit GM or very high-volume General Manager
• STRONG footprint in the NYC hospitality scene
• Strong financial acumen (P&L, labor, COGS, forecasting)
• Hands-on, floor-focused leadership style
• Experience opening new concepts or scaling operations is highly preferred
