Padel Grove is a fast-growing padel sports brand focused on building world-class padel facilities and vibrant player communities. We operate and scale premium padel venues while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Head of Operations to manage and scale the entire operational backbone of Padel Grove. This role will oversee day-to-day operations across all locations, lead teams, own operational performance, and work closely with the Founder/CEO to execute the company’s growth strategy.

This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of operations, people, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across all Padel Grove locations
• Develop and implement SOPs, systems, and operational processes
• Ensure consistent service quality, safety, and customer experience

Facility & Venue Operations

• Manage court operations, maintenance, scheduling, and utilization
• Oversee vendors, equipment, and facility upkeep
• Lead new location launches and operational readiness

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage operations teams and venue managers
• Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive accountability
• Build a strong, customer-focused team culture

Financial & Performance Ownership

• Own operational budgets, cost controls, and profitability targets
• Track revenue streams (memberships, bookings, coaching, events)
• Improve operational efficiency and unit economics

Customer Experience

• Ensure an exceptional customer journey from booking to play
• Oversee CRM, feedback management, and service recovery
• Drive community engagement through leagues, tournaments, and events

Growth & Expansion Support

• Support expansion planning and new site evaluations
• Implement scalable systems to support multi-location growth
• Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing and finance teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations leadership
• Prior experience as a COO, Head of Operations, General Manager, or Operations Director
• Experience in sports, fitness, hospitality, leisure, or multi-location businesses preferred
• Strong P&L ownership and cost management experience
• Proven ability to build and manage large teams
• Excellent execution, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
