Director of Operations

The Mission

We are looking to add a Director of Operations & Executive Assistant for our growing real estate team. This is not a typical "office help" role; this A player will be building, managing, and scaling the systems that will allow us to double our production goals while maintaining a 10/10 client experience.

  • Type-A & Detail-Obsessed: You notice the typo on page 4 and the missing signature before anyone else does. Nothing falls through the cracks.
  • High Accountability: You don’t need to be managed; you manage the business. You are proactive, not reactive.
  • Service-Hearted: You understand that in real estate, we aren't just selling houses—we are guiding people through one of the biggest transitions of their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Systems & Operations: Audit, create, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for every aspect of the business (Lead-to-Contract, Contract-to-Close, Post-Close).
  • Executive Leverage: Manage the Lead Agent’s calendar, email, and daily priorities to ensure they stay focused on revenue-generating activities.
  • Transaction Coordination Oversight: Ensure every client receives a seamless "white glove" experience from the moment they sign to the day they get their keys.
  • Database Management: Own the CRM. Ensure every lead is tagged, tracked, and followed up with through automated and manual "touches."
  • Marketing Support: Coordinate listing launches, social media updates, and client appreciation events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or as a high-level Executive Assistant.
  • Real estate experience (or a valid license) is a major plus, but a high-level "operator" mindset is the priority.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency with CRMs, DocuSign, social media, and project management tools

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
