Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational activities across industrial and energy service projects
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and regulatory requirements
• Improve operational efficiency, cost control, and productivity across departments
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, logistics, and project management
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support business growth and expansion
• Oversee vendor, contractor, and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management (Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial sector preferred)
• 5+ years in senior leadership or director-level roles
• Strong knowledge of industrial operations, energy services, and project execution
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost optimization
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience working in GCC or Middle East markets is an advantage
